Yorba Linda is an affluent community in North Orange County known as the birthplace of President Nixon, with upscale neighborhoods, good schools, and a mix of hillside custom homes and planned residential communities. The city developed primarily from the 1960s through the 1990s.
Yorba Linda homes built 1965–1995 are in the high to critical failure window. Hillside water pressure and OC hard water combine to accelerate deterioration.
Response within 60 minutes · No obligation
Yorba Linda's hillside and hillside-adjacent neighborhoods have aging copper systems now 30–60 years old. OC's hard water has accelerated deterioration, and the variable pressure from hillside topography stresses pipe connections. Homes in the city's older neighborhoods are experiencing the first major wave of plumbing failures.
We serve Yorba Linda and North OC — professional repipe service for hillside and planned community homes, one day.

Every repiping project is backed by our 100% Lifetime Warranty on workmanship.

Our crew arrives, meets with you to walk through the plan, and shuts off the main water supply. We cover all furniture and floors in work areas.
Precision cuts are made in drywall at strategic access points. We cut only what's needed — our years of experience means fewer holes than most.
Failed copper or galvanized lines are removed. You'll often see the corrosion firsthand — this is why the repipe was needed.
All new PEX-A or Type L copper supply lines are run systematically through the home — hot and cold throughout every room.
All new shutoff valves, hose bibs, and pressure regulator are installed and connected. Pressure testing is performed on all lines.
Water is turned back on, every fixture is tested, and we walk through the home with you. You're back to full water service before we leave.
A professional drywall crew returns to patch and texture all access openings. Optional painting also available.

We specialize in the two best residential pipe materials available — and we'll help you choose the right one for your home.

Most Popular
The modern standard for whole-home repiping. Flexible, durable, and backed by the strongest manufacturer warranty in the industry.

Traditional Option
The tried-and-true choice. Rigid, thick-walled copper that has delivered 50+ years of service in homes across the country.

From the 1970s through the 2000s, most homes in Orange County were built using Type M copper — the builder-grade, budget minimum allowed by California code. Type M has the thinnest wall of any copper pipe grade.
In Orange County's hard water conditions, mineral deposits aggressively attack the inside of Type M pipes. The thin walls deteriorate faster than Type L or Type K — often within 20–30 years rather than 40–50. Pinhole leaks, slab leaks, and sudden burst pipes are the most common failures.
When we repipe your Yorba Linda home, we replace all Type M copper with either PEX-A (our primary recommendation) or Type L copper — never Type M.
Orange County homes vary from 1950s ranch-style to newer master-planned community builds. Larger homes and two-story layouts increase cost.
All prices include permits, patching, cleanup, and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
