Moreno Valley is one of the largest cities in Riverside County, with significant residential development from the 1980s through the 2000s. The city's suburban neighborhoods have a large inventory of homes with Type M copper plumbing installed during the construction boom — now at or near end-of-life.
Moreno Valley's 1985–2005 tract homes have Type M copper in hard water conditions — a combination that significantly shortens pipe lifespan. Evaluation is recommended for all pre-2005 homes.

Moreno Valley's Inland Empire location means homeowners deal with hard water conditions that dramatically accelerate pipe corrosion compared to coastal communities. Many of the city's planned developments from the 1990s–2000s have copper systems showing widespread pinhole leaks and declining water pressure, signs that the entire system is failing rather than isolated sections.

All new shutoff valves, hose bibs, and pressure regulator are installed and connected. Pressure testing is performed on all lines.
Water is turned back on, every fixture is tested, and we walk through the home with you. You're back to full water service before we leave.
A professional drywall crew returns to patch and texture all access openings. Optional painting also available.

Most Popular
The modern standard for whole-home repiping. Flexible, durable, and backed by the strongest manufacturer warranty in the industry.

Traditional Option
The tried-and-true choice. Rigid, thick-walled copper that has delivered 50+ years of service in homes across the country.

From the 1970s through the 2000s, most homes in Riverside County were built using Type M copper — the builder-grade, budget minimum allowed by California code. Type M has the thinnest wall of any copper pipe grade.
In Riverside County's hard water conditions, mineral deposits aggressively attack the inside of Type M pipes. The thin walls deteriorate faster than Type L or Type K — often within 20–30 years rather than 40–50. Pinhole leaks, slab leaks, and sudden burst pipes are the most common failures.
When we repipe your Moreno Valley home, we replace all Type M copper with either PEX-A (our primary recommendation) or Type L copper — never Type M.
Inland Empire pricing is generally competitive. Larger tract homes and two-story builds can increase cost.
All prices include permits, patching, cleanup, and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
